Older town-centre property and big estates in Hucknall both get ants. We trace the trail, find the nest and treat it. Fixed cost pricing and no call-out charges.
A former mining town with older buildings in the centre and large estates beyond has two ant situations. In older shops and flats, ants run through walls and shared yards. On estates, they nest under lawns, drives and patios. The cause in either case is a nest and a food source, and a clean kitchen may not remove the first.
We establish the species and follow the trail, then treat the nest or route. Shops and food premises receive attention to waste and storage as well. Fixed cost pricing applies and no call-out charges are made. Tell us if the ants have appeared in a row of houses, as a single nest can feed several.
Yes, if the source is in the building or yard. We find where the trail begins and discuss access. We explain what to expect when we assess it. Results depend on the conditions around the property, so we avoid promising anything we cannot know in advance.
British ants are small and narrow-waisted, while winged ants differ from winged termites. Termites are not a typical British problem. If unsure, send us a description.
Ants follow trails to food, so crumbs, spills and open food can attract them.

You have wormed and spot-treated the dog, yet the bites carry on. In a Hucknall house the animal is only a small part of the flea problem, and the carpets hold the rest.
